Easy Honey Garlic Salmon is a litter together recipe in a pan and a perfect sweet and savoury 5-ingredient garlic sauce with a touch of lemon!

Ingredients
• 4 wildsalmon fillets over 1/2 pounds or 250 grams each, skin from or on
• Salt and pepper, for seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika (mild, sweet or smoky)
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or chopped
• 4 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon water
• 2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, (plus extra for serving)
• Lemon wedges to serve

Instructions
1. Arrange the oven rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat the oven to broiler/grill settings over medium heat.
2. Season salmon with salt, pepper and pepper. Aside.
3. Heat the butter in a pan or pan over a medium heat until melted. Add the garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Pour in honey, water and soy sauce; let the aromas heat up and combine. Add the lemon juice; stir well to combine all the flavours.
4. Add the salmon steaks to the pan; Cook each fillet (skin side down if there is a skin) for 3-4 minutes or until golden, while making the tops with the pan juices. Season with salt and pepper (if desired).
5. Optional -- Add the lemon wedges around the salmon (adds a stronger lemon flavor).
Baste salmon again then transfer the pan to your oven to broil / grill for another 5-6 minutes, or until the tips of the salmon it are nicely charred, and the salmon is cooked according to your wishes.
6. To serve, add lemon juice with the sauce and a pressing. Serve with steamed vegetables; rice or a salad.
